What size are your flower walls?

Our flower walls are an 8x8 size. Larger custom sizes are available.

What are your flower wall packages?

Our flower walls come in 3 packages:

• Basic Wall Package- Greenery or Flower Wall

• Glam Package:-Wall with Neon Sign

• Focal Point Package- Wall with Neon Sign and Pedestals

Do you deliver?

Yes, we service Rhode Island and nearby MA and CT. We have a minimum charge for set ups in RI. Out of state delivery is charged depending on the distance.

Do you offer consultations or Mockups?

We offer consultations for large balloon projects. This can be requested by the client for an additional fee.

Can I customize/personalize my balloons?

YES! You pick the balloon color, tassel preference, and the message that you want written on the balloon.

What type of balloons do you use?

100% biodegradable latex balloons. We use the highest quality balloons available. The latex balloons are coated with a glue that extends the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days. Balloon installations last anywhere from one week or more depending on the conditions. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be affected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.

Can I leave my balloons outside and expect them to last forever?

No. Balloons do not perform well under the heat. I suggest to keep your balloons out of direct sunlight to be safe. Lighter colors do best in the direct sun.

Do you come back and take down the installation?

Once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons, this can be provided at an additional charge. Please mention this when you inquire.

Can you set up outdoors?

It is our preference to set up indoors due to climate that can affect balloons. We recommend setting up under a tent if outdoors. Ultimately we have the final say and want our clients to be satisfied with their payment.

Cancellations

All booking deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is canceled, a credit will be held on your account and can be used in the future up to a year.
